1. Maintenance of ultrasonic plastic welding machine
1) the maintenance method of the bottom die/lower sound pole
Maintenance cycle once a month: if the reticulation wear is not serious, the welding effect is good, no weld, wrinkle, no sticky material, the solder joint embossing uniform. It can be changed or replaced according to need, check and adjust the levelness of the bottom die with carbon paper.
2) the amplitude transformer, transducer maintenance methods
Maintenance cycle once a month, check the flange press screw is not loose, add silicone oil to the connecting surface of the horn and welding head.
3) welding head/upper sound pole maintenance methods
Positive single layer ear 60 thousand times, negative single layer ear 30 thousand times; The positive multi-layer ear 20,000 times, the negative multi-layer ear 10,000 times, if the mesh wear is not serious, the welding effect is good, no virtual welding, no sticky material, can be changed or replaced according to the need.
4) The maintenance method of casing dust removal
Maintenance cycle once every three months: check the electronic components without bursting and burning, the aviation plug connection is reliable, good grounding, good heat dissipation, no dust in the electric box, visual inspection, dry air purge.
2. The correct use of the buttons of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine can effectively extend the use of the machine
1) Fusion time: namely, the time of ultrasonic emission.
2) Preloading time: set the time from the beginning of welding head descent to the beginning of ultrasonic emission. In fact, with the descending speed and buffering, the ultrasonic wave starts to emit at the moment when the welding head just touches.
3) Frequency fine-tuning: select the appropriate welding head output amplitude according to the parameters of the ammeter to meet the requirements of the workpiece.
4) Curing time: the time from the stop of ultrasonic emission to the beginning of rising of the welding head; During this period of time, the plastic from the molten state, tend to solidify, still need to pass the welding head pressure to the workpiece.
5) Rising speed and falling speed: adjust the rising and falling speed of the welding head, and use it with the welding head pressure. Generally, the falling speed of the welding head should not be too fast, resulting in stamping damage of the welding surface.
